I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life.Within context it is still a bit overstated, although the meaning is clear; there is some value to having minorities and women serving on the bench; they bring something that their white male counterparts don't have. You might disagree with that, particularly if you believe that the law is always clear and easy to interpret.
