Apparently today is the day that they are going to decide on the Judges issue. Senator Frist is talking right now on
C-SPAN 2 on how these judges deserve "a vote." By which they mean they deserve confirmation. I wonder if the Democrats will be allowed to speak at all. I mean the moment a Democrat speaks a filibuster starts, if I understand correctly.
